Blog- Post Assessment

My favorite restaurant is Chipotle. It is a chain restaurant founded in 1993 in Denver, CO by Steven Ells. Chipotle serves Mexican food. It is fast food Mexican restaurant. Here you can go through stations and pick what you want.
You can get burritos, burrito bowls, hard tacos, soft tacos, salads, and chips and guac. There is also a kids menu. You can also get catering  for a party which include: two meat spread, the big spread, burritos by the box, and chips and salsa spread.
If Chipotle were ever to shut down I would be very upset because Chipotle is life. If I had to choose another restaurant to go to it would it would be California Pizza Kitchen. This is also a chain restaurant but they serve pizza.

do now/ writing prompt

If I were able to become a teacher and create my own class i would create a class that learns about music around the world. This class would be very fun and interactive. No one would be bored. The curriculum would start with Canadian music and end with Korean music. This class would have assignments of picking an artists and looking up information about them (basically the perfect class for fangirls/ boys.
This class would be given at the end of the day so students can have a nice easy going last period. Students will also be able to make gifs and edit of their favorite artists or bands. The class would have a few test and quizzes. The test and quizzes will be easy going since it is the last period of the day.  This class would be very nice to have maybe someday I would be able to create it.

Facebook Reunites

Facebook reunites twins separated at birth! Anais Broider and Samantha Futerman were adopted by two different families one lived in Paris and another in The United States. on February 21, 2013 Samantha got a Facebook message from Anais basically saying that they were born the same day and both adopted in South Korea. these girls have many things alike such as their hair, they both hate cooked carrots, both have freckles, they like the same nail polish, and they have the same laugh. And people say Facebook is useless!

My Weekend

The long weekend was fun for me. On Thursday I slept in and once I woke up I watched T.V. for the rest of the day. On Friday my friends Lauren and Amy came over and I dyed my hair. On Thursday morning till about 6 P.M. I went to my aunt's house and we ate Chinese food. After we left my aunts house we went to my brother in law's sister's house for a while. On Saturday i basically did the same thing i did on Thursday I slept in and I watched T.V. On Sunday i went to work from 12:30 to 3:40 after work i went to Jessica's house and then we went to shake shack with Sabrina and Ally. That basically sums up my weekend i really enjoyed.

Web 2.0: Wiki Research

How can a wiki be used in a current class on your schedule (not this course)? Pick a class and be specific how the class could create and use a Wiki on a regular basis (tip: Use the Internet, here is a good source).
Wikis can be used for Biology class to make study guides with everyone in the class participating. Everyone can put what they each think will be on the test to get the perfect study guide.
What are the benefits of using a wiki in class
  • Everyone participates
  • Everyone can put what they think is correct
  • The teacher can edit it
How can we create a wiki in this class, what would we contribute to it and how would we utilize it on an on-going basis?
We can make a wiki about technology news. We can talk about how technology is changing and helping us.
What experience do you have using or creating wikis?
I have worked with wikis before in Web 2.0.

do now 9/29

An editorial is an article that gives someone's opinion on something. Most of my teachers have told me not to use Wikipedia. A lot of my teachers do not want me using Wikipedia. i have asked them why they do not like the page. Their usual answer about it is  that it is a page that can be inaccurate. They say that anyone who has an account on Wikipedia can change the information.
This article did not change my opinion towards Wikipedia. I still think you should not use this website for information. Anyone can change the information. unless you are not using this for "fun" reasons then it should not be used.  You could probably end up getting a bad grade so its better to be safe than sorry

web 2.0 multimedia Blog pre-posting

Before I even started Spanish i knew it was going to be amazing. Mrs. Daniele is very nice and is a great teacher. The way she teaches helps the students understand the language more. She explains the material so it is easier for the students to learn.
I have learned multiple things this year. One including the numbers one through one hundred. I have also learned to conjugate verbs like: ir verbs, ar verbs, and er verbs. Another thing i have learned are basic questions like may i go to the bathroom, my locker, or to the office.
Mrs. Daniele grading system is pretty basic. Test are 25%,  quizzes are 15%, formative assessments are 25%,  informal assessments are 15%, Class work and participation is 10%, and homework is 10%. If you pay attention in this class you can get good grades. Spanish class is not that hard to pass. Also as long as you behave well in this class you will have a good class grade.
In this class technology is used once in a while. Sometimes we may watch a movie. Every Friday we have an assignment due about a famous Hispanic and you have to look up information about them in the computer. Other than that we don't do anything else related to technology.

  •   Copyright- U.S. federal law that protects an author's work
  • all work is copyrighted you do not have to fill in paper work
  • to credit someone you can use the  ©.
  • you have four rights for your copyrighted work
    1. reproduce the work
    2. display the work
